Investment Strategy Committee

Greg Donaldson has been engaged in the investment industry in a variety of capacities since 1975. In 1985, he co-founded Raffensperger Hughes Investment Advisors, the money management arm of Raffensperger Hughes & Co. Out of that venture came The Sagamore Funds, a family of mutual funds that included The Sagamore Bond fund which, at one time, was ranked in the top fifteen bond funds in the country. Mr. Donaldson also co-founded Anthem Capital Management, the successor to Raffensperger Hughes Investment Advisors. There he was instrumental in forming a trust company and a family of eight mutual funds. During his time at Anthem, he managed or co-managed the following funds: Anthem Balanced, Anthem Equity Income, Anthem Government Securities, and Anthem Municipal Securities. In 1994, Greg founded the independent money management firm that now bears his name. Greg graduated in 1970 from Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Economics. He is an advisory representative of Donaldson Capital Management. Greg serves on the Board of Directors for St. Mary's Hospital and is chairman of the St. Mary’s Audit Committee. In addition, he also serves on the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer Memorial Trust Fund Board in Evansville. Greg and his wife, Joyce, are members of Redeemer Lutheran Church.



Mike Hull came to Donaldson Capital Management from Bristol-Myers Squibb where he held several positions including Sr. Director of Marketing in the company’s Mead Johnson Division. One of his last assignments was General Manager for Mead Johnson’s operation based in Guangzhou, China. He began his career at the Irwin Management Company in Columbus, Indiana. Irwin Management is the private investment company of the J. Irwin Miller family who founded and owns controlling interests in Cummins Engine Co. and the Irwin Financial Corp. In 1982, he left Irwin Management to become President of Blairex Laboratories, a nationwide marketer of eyecare and respiratory therapy products. It was from Blairex that he moved to Bristol-Myers Squibb. Mike received an Industrial Management degree from Purdue University in 1974 and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Indiana University in 1976. He is an advisory representative of Donaldson Capital Management. Mike also serves on the Boards of Directors for the Evansville Rescue Mission and Vanderburgh County Young Life. Mike and his wife, Carol, have five kids spread all over the country. They attend Crossroads Christian Church in Evansville.



Rick Roop came to Donaldson Capital Management with over twenty years experience in the electric power-generating industry where he held several positions during his career, ranging from electrical engineer to plant manager. Rick graduated in 1980 from Murray State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology. He completed his MBA in Finance from Indiana State University in 1995. He is an advisory representative of Donaldson Capital Management. During his career, Rick has served his community through involvement with the Economic Growth Council and Chamber of Commerce. Over the years, Rick has served as an adjunct professor to three Indiana colleges where he has taught math and engineering courses. He also currently serves on the Indiana State University Engineering and Technology Advisory Board. Rick is a member and director of Sunday school programs at First Southern Baptist Church, where he attends with his wife, Laura, and their daughter Lauren.



Mark Hite came to Donaldson Capital Management with twenty-five years of diverse accounting and finance work experience. Immediately prior to joining Donaldson Capital Management, he held the position of Vice President of Finance & Administration for Big Rivers Electric Corporation, a $1 billion electric utility, headquartered in Henderson, Kentucky. Mark Hite received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting in 1980 and a Masters in Business Administration in 1985 from the University of Evansville. He passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 1990. He is an advisory representative of Donaldson Capital Management. From 1994 through 1998, Mark was elected president of the Warrick County (Indiana) Council, the fiscal arm of county government. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Potter’s Wheel, an inner-city Evansville ministry to the poor, and is a past steward of Christian Fellowship Church, where he volunteers in the youth ministry program. Mark and his wife, Sally, have three children and reside in Newburgh, Indiana.
